MORE THAN A HOUSE
The Magnolia stands on Whittington Avenue, in the historic corridor between the mountain and the springs. Our vision has never been one building — it's a whole block that draws artists, makers, and visitors: galleries and studios, porches with music, gardens that give the street its evenings back. The house is the anchor. The district is the dream.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Hot Springs has one of the oldest continuously running gallery walks in the country, a historic downtown packed with studios and stages, and a creative community far larger than the town's size suggests. The Majestic Arts District vision builds on what the city already does best — and invites it up the hill.
LOCAL PARTNERS
We keep a running list of the restaurants, galleries, guides, and makers we send our guests to — and as the district grows, this page will grow with it. Local business on or near Whittington? We'd love to talk.

Eight suites in a restored 1874 landmark. A wedding lawn under string lights. A pantry and shop. Gardens open to the street. And around it, a district where Hot Springs' artists and visitors meet. That's the plan — one room, one story, one season at a time.
