OUT THE FRONT DOOR
You're staying in the oldest home in town, a short walk from the baths that named it. Here's what's within reach — most of it without touching your car.
5 MINUTE WALK
Eight historic bathhouses along Central Avenue, fed by the thermal springs that made this town famous. Soak at the Buckstaff or Quapaw, then walk the Grand Promenade back toward the Magnolia. Guests regularly tell us they never touched their car for the whole trip.
TRAILS FROM DOWNTOWN
The only national park wrapped around a downtown. Trails start blocks from the front porch — Hot Springs Mountain Tower for the view, Gulpha Gorge for the creek, and the springs themselves steaming year-round.

WALK EVERYWHERE
Restaurants, galleries, breweries, and the shops of Central Avenue — all a stroll from the Magnolia's hill. Ask us for the current favorites; we keep a running list and we're not shy with opinions.
ON THE GROUNDS
You don't have to leave the property for green. The Magnolia's gardens are a restoration of their own, wandering paths and magnolia shade included.

MINUTES BY CAR
Lake Hamilton and Lake Ouachita are minutes away — boat rentals, swimming coves, sunset cruises, and some of the clearest water in the South. The one adventure worth starting the car for.
